Policy Regarding No-Shows & Missed Appointments
In the interest of providing the highest standards of care to as many pet patients as possible, we work hard to maintain a rigorous and oftentimes extremely tight daily schedule. When clients fail to show up for their animal companions’ appointments, it’s not simply a matter of inconvenience to our staff. It means that other pets miss out on opportunities to be seen in a timely manner. To address this issue, we have instituted a policy that requires any client who misses three or more appointments to pay an $80 deposit to secure their pet’s next visit with us.
